This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when accessing or using Korium. It is incorporated by reference into the Korium Subscription Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) and applies to you and to every User, agent, application, and tool that connects to the Service through your Account. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.
You are responsible for your Users’ and connected tools’ compliance with this AUP. We may update this AUP from time to time as described in the Agreement; the current version governs your use.

1Illegal, Harmful, and Infringing Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of any person;
- store, generate, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or that facilitates illegal activity;
- infringe or misappropriate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right;
- store, generate, or transmit material that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors. We will remove such material and report it to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities;
- promote, facilitate, or threaten violence, terrorism, self-harm, or serious harm to any person, group, or property; or
- harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against any person or protected group.
2Prohibited and Sensitive Data
You may not upload, store, or process through the Service:
- protected health information subject to HIPAA, unless we have entered into a Business Associate Agreement with you;
- full payment-card numbers or other cardholder data subject to PCI-DSS (payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored as Customer Content);
- government-issued identification numbers, financial account credentials, or biometric identifiers, except as expressly permitted in the Documentation;
- any special-category, sensitive, or highly regulated personal data for which you lack a lawful basis and all required consents to process; or
- any data you do not have the right to submit and have processed as described in the Agreement.
3Security and Platform Integrity
You may not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, or breach or circumvent any authentication, security, tenant-isolation, or access-control measure;
- attempt to access another customer’s data, another tenant’s brain, or any Account, environment, or data you are not authorized to access;
- circumvent, disable, or attempt to exceed any usage limit, seat count, quota, spend cap, rate limit, or billing control;
- introduce or transmit viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful or destructive code; or
- interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service or its infrastructure, or disrupt any other customer’s use of the Service.
4Credentials and Access
You must:
- keep your Account credentials, API Keys, Access Tokens, and MCP endpoint tokens confidential and secure;
- issue and use credentials on a per-User basis and not share a single login among multiple people - a shared login may be blocked from storing memory;
- ensure each User enrolls and safeguards their own passkey where the Service requires it; and
- promptly notify us at reports@kyroco.ai of any suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or credential loss.
5Platform Abuse and Competitive Use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying structure of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to copy its features or design for competitive purposes;
- conduct benchmarking or competitive analysis of the Service for disclosure to a competitor;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lease, time-share, or operate the Service as a service bureau for third parties, except for your own Users and Affiliates as permitted in the Agreement; or
- access the Service through any interface other than those we provide, or use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data other than your own Customer Content through supported means.
6Responsible AI Use
The Service is designed to give AI agents and applications persistent memory. When you use the Service and any AI Output, you may not:
- rely on AI Output as the sole basis for decisions that have legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, housing, or safety consequences without meaningful human review;
- present AI Output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or similar) where doing so would be unlawful or misleading;
- use the Service to generate or disseminate disinformation, or to impersonate a real person or organization, or to mislead people into believing they are interacting with a human when they are not, where doing so is deceptive or unlawful;
- use the Service to perform fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards; or
- use the Service or connected tools to conduct prompt-injection, jailbreaking, or other attacks intended to bypass the safety measures of the Service or of any connected model provider.
You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it and for your compliance with laws that apply to your use case.
7Connected Tools and Third-Party Services
You are responsible for the agents, applications, model providers, and other Third-Party Services you connect to the Service, for the data you route to or from them, and for maintaining the rights, consents, and credentials needed to connect them. You may not connect a Third-Party Service in a way that violates this AUP, the third party’s terms, or applicable law.
8Enforcement
We are not obligated to monitor use of the Service, but we may do so to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with law. If we determine that you or a User has violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice and in our reasonable discretion:
- remove, disable, or quarantine offending Customer Content;
- throttle, suspend, or restrict access to the Service in whole or in part;
- terminate the Account or the Agreement for cause as described in the Agreement; and
- report activity to, and cooperate with, law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
Where practicable and consistent with security and legal obligations, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure. An urgent risk to the Service, to other customers, or to any person may require immediate action without prior notice.
9Changes and Contact
We may modify this AUP from time to time in accordance with the Agreement. Questions about this AUP, and reports of violations, may be sent to reports@kyroco.ai.
