# Better ways to work. More room to grow.

Your best people spend too much time chasing answers, correcting familiar mistakes and explaining work they have already done. That leaves less time to help a client, try an idea or take on something new.

Kyroco helps your team change how the work gets done. We build and test the improvements with you, using AI where it helps and Korium to keep the decisions, reasons and results for the next job.

See what that changes for a client report

An illustration: the monthly client report

## The client needs your advice. You’re still fixing the report.

A report went to a client with the wrong total. In the review, your team found the reason: canceled orders had been included.

The team agreed to leave those orders out and have Finance check the figures before the next report goes out. The explanation is in the meeting notes, but it isn’t necessarily in the AI conversation someone will use next month.

Before you can think through what the numbers mean for the client, somebody has to find the notes and explain the correction again. The team already solved this problem. It is still taking up their time.

Give the next assistant the explanation

Korium / Find the memory.

## Save why Finance needs to check the report.

Korium keeps your team’s decisions, the reasons behind them and the sources. Give the report review to a connected assistant and ask it to save what went wrong and what Finance agreed to check.

What you would save in Korium for this example

> “The client report included canceled orders, which made the total wrong. Exclude those orders. Finance must check the figures before the report is sent.”

**Source:** the team’s report review. Save who agreed to the change and when, too.

Your other connected assistants can now find the explanation, not just the checklist item. You can check the source, and when the team changes the rule, save the correction without losing the earlier decision.

Now prepare next month’s report

Preparing next month’s report

## The check is in the plan before you have to ask for it.

Next month, a colleague asks a different AI assistant to prepare the report. That assistant is connected to the same Korium memory and instructed to search before it starts.

### After finding the report review, it can make this plan:

1. Leave canceled orders out of the figures.
2. Prepare a draft and ask Finance to check the total.
3. Send the report only after the check is complete.

Why those steps? The canceled orders and the Finance check came from the review you saved.

Your colleague can prepare a useful draft without having been in the review meeting. Finance still checks the figures. The time you used to spend rebuilding the explanation can go into thinking through the results and what to recommend to the client.

Use that knowledge to fix the report, too

From understanding the mistake to fixing it

## Use the saved review to fix the report’s code.

Suppose software generates the report. You ask a coding agent to stop it including canceled orders. The agent needs the reason for the change, the right code and a way to make and test the fix.

1. 01 / Remember

   **Korium:mem**

   ### Read what went wrong.

Retrieve the report review and the decision to exclude canceled orders.
2. 02 / Locate

   **Korium:code**

   ### Find the report’s code.

Locate the relevant code in the indexed version of your repository.
3. 03 / Equip

   **Korium:skills**

   ### Load skills for the fix.

Give the agent instructions for the kind of coding and testing it needs to do.
4. 04 / Run

   **Korium:workflows**

   ### Make and check the change.

Follow a workflow for the job. Adapt an existing one or save your own.

Save what changed, why it changed and whether the fix worked.

Save the reviewed fix with the original mistake. The next developer can pick up the work without another incident briefing. You can adapt Korium’s ready-made skills and workflows to keep the useful parts of how the team did the job, too.

When your team uses different AI tools

## A decision made with Claude should be available when you use ChatGPT.

The report review and the fix belong to your team. Save them in Korium, and each assistant connected to that shared memory can retrieve them without you copying the explanation between chats.

### Each platform keeps its own memory.

- **Claude** Memory inside Claude
- **OpenAI / ChatGPT** Memory inside ChatGPT
- **Gemini** Memory inside Gemini

By design, a memory saved in one platform is not shared with the others. A conversation in Claude does not teach ChatGPT what your team decided.

### Korium makes the saved explanation available to connected tools.

**AI assistants** Claude / OpenAI / Gemini / OpenClaw OpenClaw tested

**Meeting notes** Teams / Zoom / Meet

**Korium** Decisions, reasons and sources

**Work your team creates** Miro / Atlassian / Figma

**Your agents and workflows** Use the saved explanation. Add what the job teaches you.

Connect an assistant, import material or use an integration to save it in Korium. These are examples of sources, not a claim that every tool has a built-in connector.

How Kyroco works with your team

## Give your people room to do the work they’re good at.

In this example, the account lead should be helping the client understand the results. Finance should be checking the figures. An assistant can prepare the draft. We work with your team to make those responsibilities clear and build a way of working that supports them.

1. See

   ### See where good people get stuck.

Follow the report from the first numbers to the client. Ask where people keep waiting, redoing work or needing an explanation that should already be available.
2. Shape

   ### Give people and AI clear jobs.

Agree what the assistant can prepare, who checks the figures and when the account lead takes over. Remove unnecessary back-and-forth; keep the decisions that need a person.
3. Build

   ### Make it work with the people using it.

Try the changes with the people doing the job. Check the report is right, and whether the account lead actually has more time to work with the client.

**Keep** Save the findings, decisions and results in Korium throughout, so the team can use them on the next job.

When this works, a new colleague can prepare the report with less help. An experienced colleague can spend that time coaching them or tackling a harder client question. We check for those changes as well as whether the task is faster.

Start with the work getting in the way

## What would you like your team to have more time for?

Tell us what your team wants to do but never seems to get to. Bring a report that eats the week, a client handoff that keeps failing, or a useful idea nobody has time to try.

We’ll work with you to find a useful first change and decide how to check that it helps. If you want to try Korium first, save one decision with its reason and source, then ask a connected assistant to use it on a real task.
