## Founder note

I started Kyroco because I believe good operations and good software free people. Not as a side effect, but as the whole point. When a capable team is buried under work that a better process or a simple piece of software would erase, that isn’t just a line in a spreadsheet. That’s someone who can’t rise. That bugs me.

I’ve spent more than thirty years building products and running delivery for Fortune 500 companies, the kind of programs where the stakes are real and the politics come with the job. I’ve led delivery for CNN, AMC, Delta Airlines, NIH cancer research, Cox Automotive, and Sephora, to name a few.

Then AI changed everything. I didn’t want to talk about it, I wanted to build with it, so I did. I built experimental agentic flows, second brains, and synthetic personas, and I learned what works and what doesn’t. The tools didn’t give me the will to help. They gave me the reach. One person, running at the capacity of a small team.

Kyroco is where all of it comes together. People multiplied by tools we build together, pointed at the messy middle of your company, looking for the grind that buries people. Korium and agentic tools I’ve built exist for that purpose. They’re the agentic team behind everything Kyroco runs, and I’ve used them to ship real production software autonomously, overnight.
