We started Kyroco because we believe good operations and good software free people. Not as a side effect, but as the whole point. When a capable team is buried under work that a better process or a simple piece of software would erase, that isn’t just a line in a spreadsheet. That’s someone who can’t rise. That bugs us.
We’ve spent more than thirty years building products and running delivery for Fortune 500 companies, the kind of programs where the stakes are real and the politics come with the job. We’ve led delivery for CNN, AMC, Delta Airlines, NIH cancer research, Cox Automotive, and Sephora, to name a few.
Then AI changed everything. We didn’t want to talk about it, we wanted to build with it, so we did. We built experimental agentic flows, second brains, and synthetic personas, and we learned what works and what doesn’t. The tools didn’t give us the will to help. They gave us the reach: a small team running at the capacity of a much larger one.
Kyroco is where all of it comes together. People multiplied by tools we build together, pointed at the messy middle of your company, looking for the grind that buries people.
