We find the signal.
About

This is who we are and why we love what we do.

Capable people are buried under work that shouldn’t need them. Kyroco clears that grind, equips the team, and leaves them stronger and owning what was built.

Founder note
Robert Sfeir, founder and CEO of Kyroco

I started Kyroco because I believe good operations and software free people. Not as a side effect, as the very thing that makes people’s lives better. When a capable team is buried under work a better process or a simple piece of software would eliminate, that’s not just a number in your spreadsheet. That’s someone who can’t rise. That bugs me.

I’ve spent more than thirty years building products and running delivery for Fortune 500 companies, the kind of programs where the stakes are real and the politics are expected. I led delivery for CNN, AMC, Delta Airlines, NIH cancer research, Cox Automotive, and Sephora, just to name a few.

What changed everything was AI. I didn’t want to talk about it. I wanted to build with it. So I did. I built experimental agentic flows, second brains, synthetic personas, and learned what actually works and what doesn’t. The tools didn’t give me the ability to help, but they gave me the reach. One person, running at the capacity of a small team.

Kyroco is where all of it comes together. People multiplied by agentic tools we built ourselves. We point them at the messy middle of your company. They look for the grind burying people. Korium, Bottega, Tinker, The Signal, and Atelier Pro exist for that purpose. These are the tools behind everything Kyroco runs, and we’ve used them to ship real production software autonomously, overnight.

That is the whole idea.

How we operate

Five principles we live by.

Open the door, then hand it over.

We create change and make sure your team owns it. When we leave, the capability stays. That’s the only version of success we’re building toward.

We start where you actually are.

Every situation is different. We don’t parachute in with a predetermined playbook. We read the room, see the whole picture, and start from there.

Your bet on us is our word to keep.

When you hire us, you’re putting trust on the table. We take that seriously and keep our commitments, even when it’s harder than expected.

Honest, even when it costs us.

We’ll tell you what’s true. If the answer isn’t what you expected, we’ll say so. The truth is what actually helps people move forward.

If we don’t know it, we find out.

We don’t pretend expertise we don’t have. We research, build, and test until we do. That’s how Kyroco’s tools got built, and it’s how we approach every new problem.
